Terms of Use — VGCPayment

These Terms are an agreement between you and Apex Meridian Group LLC, a California limited
liability company (Entity No. B20260338449), operator of VGCPayment and viewmoney.us (“Apex”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing the VGCPayment website or mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
Accounts may be created by public sign-up in the mobile app, or issued by an administrator.
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Checking the acceptance box and signing in constitutes your electronic acceptance of the current legal
bundle. We record the account, policy version, time, IP address and browser user-agent as evidence.
A materially revised version may require acceptance again.

1. The Service / Dịch vụ
VGCPayment is a business operations console for authorised merchants and staff. It displays store,
order, transaction, payment and analytics information associated with an existing VGCPayment account.
The mobile application is primarily a read-only companion to the web console and does not provide
consumer banking, investment or financial-advice services. It does not sell goods or services, facilitate
consumer purchases, accept payment, offer subscriptions or unlock paid digital features inside the app.
VGCPayment là bảng điều khiển vận hành dành cho người bán và nhân viên được cấp quyền.
Ứng dụng hiển thị dữ liệu cửa hàng, đơn hàng, giao dịch, thanh toán và phân tích gắn với tài khoản hiện có.
Ứng dụng di động chủ yếu dùng để xem dữ liệu, không mua bán hàng hóa/dịch vụ, không nhận thanh toán, không bán
subscription hoặc tính năng số, và không cung cấp dịch vụ ngân hàng, đầu tư hay tư vấn tài chính.
2. Accounts and security / Tài khoản và bảo mật
Accounts are created or approved by an organisation administrator; there is no public in-app sign-up.
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and notify your
administrator promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed
through your credentials unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Tài khoản do quản trị viên của tổ chức tạo hoặc phê duyệt; ứng dụng không cho đăng ký công khai.
Bạn phải bảo vệ mật khẩu và mã xác minh, đồng thời báo ngay cho quản trị viên nếu nghi ngờ có truy cập trái phép.
3. Acceptable use / Sử dụng được phép
You may use the Service only for lawful, authorised business purposes. You must not attempt to bypass
access controls, probe or disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, scrape data without permission,
impersonate another person, or use information belonging to a store or customer without authority.
Bạn chỉ được dùng Dịch vụ cho mục đích kinh doanh hợp pháp và được cho phép; không được vượt kiểm soát
truy cập, phá hoại hệ thống, đưa mã độc, thu thập dữ liệu trái phép, mạo danh hoặc dùng dữ liệu không thuộc quyền của mình.
4. Your data and privacy / Dữ liệu và quyền riêng tư
You and your organisation retain rights in business data submitted to or displayed by the Service.
You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure and support the Service.
Our collection and handling of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
Bạn và tổ chức của bạn giữ quyền đối với dữ liệu kinh doanh. Bạn cho phép chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu

5. Availability and changes / Khả dụng và thay đổi
We may maintain, update or modify the Service and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse or
at the request of the organisation that manages your account.
Chúng tôi có thể bảo trì, cập nhật hoặc thay đổi Dịch vụ và không bảo đảm Dịch vụ luôn liên tục,
không có lỗi. Quyền truy cập có thể bị tạm ngừng vì bảo mật, bảo trì, tuân thủ pháp luật, lạm dụng hoặc theo yêu cầu của tổ chức quản lý tài khoản.
6. Third-party services / Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
The Service may interoperate with services such as Firebase, PayPal, Stripe, Microsoft Graph, configured
email providers, Google Sheets and connected commerce or analytics platforms.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third-party
service outside our control.
Dịch vụ có thể kết nối Firebase, PayPal, Stripe, Microsoft Graph, nhà cung cấp email,
Google Sheets và các nền tảng thương mại/analytics. Các dịch vụ đó có điều khoản
riêng; chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho phần dịch vụ bên thứ ba nằm ngoài quyền kiểm soát của mình.
7. Disclaimer and liability / Miễn trừ và giới hạn trách nhiệm
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Dashboard figures
may be delayed or differ from source systems and should be verified before important business decisions.
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Dịch vụ được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Số liệu có thể chậm hoặc
khác hệ thống nguồn và cần được kiểm tra trước quyết định quan trọng. Chúng tôi không loại trừ trách nhiệm mà pháp luật không cho phép loại trừ.
8. Termination / Chấm dứt
You may stop using the Service at any time. Your administrator may disable your access. To request account
and personal-data deletion, contact your administrator or email us; we aim to complete valid requests within 30 days,
subject to records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business purposes.
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng bất cứ lúc nào và quản trị viên có thể vô hiệu hóa quyền truy cập.
Để yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân, hãy liên hệ quản trị viên hoặc gửi email; yêu cầu hợp lệ được xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày,
ngoại trừ hồ sơ cần giữ vì nghĩa vụ pháp lý, bảo mật, chống gian lận hoặc mục đích kinh doanh chính đáng.
9. Apple-specific terms / Điều khoản dành cho Apple
For an iOS download, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
Your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your iOS licence.
Đối với bản iOS, Apple không phải là một bên của Điều khoản này và không chịu trách nhiệm về ứng dụng
hoặc hỗ trợ ứng dụng. Việc sử dụng còn chịu sự điều chỉnh của các điều khoản dịch vụ và giấy phép ứng dụng của Apple.
10. Governing law / Luật điều chỉnh
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules,
except where mandatory law in your location provides otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Sacramento
County, California will have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Điều khoản chịu sự điều chỉnh của luật California, không áp dụng quy tắc xung đột pháp luật,
trừ khi luật bắt buộc tại nơi bạn sinh sống quy định khác. Tranh chấp không thể giải quyết thương lượng thuộc
