Request deletion / Yêu cầu xóa
VGCPayment accounts are provisioned by an organisation administrator and cannot be created publicly in the app.
To request deletion, email App@imc-marketing.com
from the address on your account, with subject “VGCPayment account deletion”, or contact your organisation administrator.

What happens / Điều gì sẽ xảy ra
Using the in-app deletion control immediately blocks access, revokes mobile sessions and removes push
tokens. This is a soft deletion: the user row and related audit/legal-consent evidence may remain for recovery,
security and compliance. After a verified further request, we delete or anonymise eligible personal profile data
within 30 days. Business records belonging to your organisation and records required for tax,
payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained for the applicable period.
Deleting a VGCPayment user does not delete orders or customer records held by independently connected stores.

Disable notifications in iOS Settings to stop optional push delivery. Contact us to request access,
correction or a copy of your personal data. Signing out revokes the current app session. Disabling notifications
in device settings stops notification display; a device token is removed when the app unregisters it or the provider marks it invalid.
