VGC Order Sync

A free Shopify app that connects your store to your VGC account.

VGC is a dashboard for store owners who run more than one shop: orders, shipping and today's storefront traffic for all of their Shopify and WooCommerce stores in one place. VGC Order Sync is the Shopify side of that connection.

What the app does

• Orders in VGC. Your Shopify orders appear in your VGC dashboard as they are placed, paid, updated or cancelled, next to your other stores.
• Tracking numbers from VGC. Add a tracking number to an order in VGC; it is written to the order in Shopify, the order is marked as fulfilled, and Shopify sends its own shipping notification to the customer.
• Today's storefront traffic. Visitors, page views, add-to-carts, checkouts started and completed, counted by a Shopify web pixel that respects your store's customer privacy settings.

What you need

A Shopify store and a VGC account. VGC accounts are set up on request: email App@imc-marketing.com with your store's address and we will reply with your sign-in details and the next steps.

How to connect your store

1. Install VGC Order Sync from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open the app in your Shopify admin and choose Link to VGC.
3. Sign in to VGC and confirm. Your orders and traffic start showing in VGC straight away.

Uninstalling the app from Shopify disconnects the store at once; its access token is deleted.

Pricing

The app is free. It does not process payments and does not change your checkout.
